Sanford, FL 32771
Associates in Dermatology, Inc. has served the medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology and skin care needs of Central Floridians for over 25 years.
We are proud to announce that this leading dermatology practice is now providing comprehensive dermatology care to patients in Sanford.
Its professional staff of skilled and dedicated board-certified dermatologists, physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, paramedical clinical estheticians and support team members take great pride in exceeding patient expectations. Their unparalleled patient-focused customer service and state-of-the-art technologies enhance patient care. In addition, the team has extensive experience treating a wide range of skin conditions including psoriasis, acne, eczema, allergic dermatitis and diseases of the hair and nails.
Services include excisions of skin cancers, moles and skin lesions, and various cosmetic procedures including injectibles and fillers, dermabrasions, peels among other services.
Routine skin examinations are your first line of defense against damage caused by exposure to the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays. Years of unprotected exposure can lead to premature skin aging and suppression of the body's immune system, which can play a key role in the development and onset of skin cancer.
Because of this, Associates in Dermatology continues its focus on both skin cancer prevention and early detection of skin cancer and pre-cancerous growths. Our goal is that every person has access to these critical and, often, life-saving services.
As a regional provider of dermatology services, Associates in Dermatology has established relationships with most insurance plans and, as such, we accept virtually all insurances.
We are located directly across from Central FL Regional Hospital Emergency Department in a 2 story physician building - in a U shape. Our office is on the first floor in suite 107.

The staff were great! Sorry I don't recall all names. I found them to be very professional and made the process of "cutting" on my ear pretty relaxing. My only question was that I was prescribed 5 pain pills to cover pain for the next 30 hours, yet was not given a Dr's excuse to miss work the following day. Thus I assume they felt it was ok to go to work under the influence of Hydrocodone :) All in all I would highly recommend the staff and Dr's at the Sand Lake office!
